During virtual or in-person coaching sessions, I will help you set goals and create a personalized plan to attain those goals. I also offer e-mail support between sessions, healthy recipes, assistance with reading food labels, supermarket tours, pantry cleanouts, and more that can be included in your program.

SMALL BITES:
Go more green!

I will work with you to create a personalized plan to transition to a plant-based lifestyle or simply incorporate more plant foods into your diet.

Service #3

FAMILY STYLE:
Small Group Coaching

With this plan, I offer the same services as the one-on-one coaching sessions, but within a small group setting.

FOR THE MELONS:
Breast Cancer Support

As a fellow survivor, I help support breast cancer patients and survivors in making healthy lifestyle changes in conjunction with their medical team.
